Your appointments are very important to us at Jeunesse Spa. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for our other clients on our waiting list. Our appointments are confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

Less than 24 hour notice and “NO SHOWS” for Botox, Hydrafacials, Laser treatments, esthetician services and some other services will be charged $50.

Less than 24 hour notice and  “NO SHOWS” for Coolsculpting, Cooltone, Dermal Fillers, Velashape and some other services will be charged $100.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Please understand all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for our services and treatments. All procedures/services are elective treatments and results may vary per client. Product returns will be accepted within 30 days if an allergic reaction has occurred.
